Day One Back On Track

Well today went really well. I did 35 minutes in the treadmill, warmed up for 5 minutes at 3.7, then jogged for 2 minutes & walked 1 minute for a total of 35 minutes. Then ran up and down my basement stairs 10 times! According to the HRM I earned 4.5 points!

My eating went good as well. Stayed within my points. Its so hard a work this time of year with all the office parties. There was food everywhere! I think I even saw a lonley piece of peanutbutter pie that was calling my name, but I just ignored it! hopefully I can repeat this tomorrow! Have a wonderfull evening! Beth

Welcome to my world!

Hey There!

I started this blog to keep myself accountable on my journey to lose the last 40 pounds! I currently do weight watchers online & love it! Though lately I have been eating everything in sight & have no ambition to exercise. I will try to post every evening but we all know how life gets in the way!
